Memory Seat Electrical Fault

Been having a few issues with the memory seat function. At random times while driving it keeps defaulting to Memory 2 on the seats. I have sorted one issue by re-setting the seat position of Memory 2 but the display still keeps going "bing-bing" and displaying memory two. Sometimes it does this three or four times in a row.

Any tips on where I should be looking for a fix?

When it does happen, it is usually when turning left. Annoyingly I can go days or a week even with nothing, then next day it turns a 30 minute drive into hell.

Thanks,

Mark.

I didn't think it would do that while driving/moving?

or maybe if you hold the button down it will move.

It did did move while driving to a position ideally suited to someone with very long legs which is not me.

If I caught it quickly and had the hand free then I could stop it by a quick press of any seat adjustment button. In the end I ended up resetting the position so it makes no odds anymore.

Thinking back it probably started after the alternator was replaced.
