just parked up at home and for once I reversed onto the drive … and at full left lock there is a metallic grating noise.
on my own at the moment so can't get head under car and turn wheel at same time to investigate further so hoping someone on here has an idea where I should start looking ?.

Mine does similar. The steering stops rub against the lower arms, and grate a bit when the suspension moves. I guess you go up a slope/change of camber when you reverse onto your drive?Richard

yeah … was planning to have a proper look, noise or no noise. best not do it today though … SWMBO lurking around so don't want her to get the idea I might have to spend any money.
