Used Miller's semi synthetic some years back on a D2 with good results. Engine was quieter and mpg improved. Make sure it meets the Land Rover spec and I found the Miller's sales team very helpful with tech adviceniknok

I used Power Plus on all my previous LR's and also wifes cars....not yet put any in the D3 though..........good stuff, although benefits are less immediately obvious with the modern Common Rail engines compared to eth older Tdi units......
used Miller oils in them as well, very helpful people.end of an era ....... maybe a Defender when it appears.......

Yes used their original Diesel Clean then Diesel Power Plus in all my diesel vehicles for years.
It makes a significant difference to engine refinement in VW 1.9 PD engines but is use is not noticeable in the Disco 3 engine; either in refinement or fuel economy. [ Its use in both vehicles mirrors my findings with BP Ultimate relative to my normal Shell fuel]
Importantly Diesel Plus is not suitable for use in the Disco 3 07MY engine according to conversations with Millers; you must only use Power Sport 4 the product specially for Euro 4 engines.
The reason given was contamination of the Diesel Particulate Filter they said was integrated in its exhaust system. This was stated to be a long term use risk, circa 60K plus miles.
I have the new Power Sport 4 on order for my current Disco as I believe it lowers the risk of possible fuel system damage from marginal fuel lubricity.

Slimer,
Yes Slimer and others who might be interested I will report back when I have evaluated Sport 4.
I am not really expecting a noticeable difference in the new Disco engine's characteristics based on my 05MY findings.
As said I buy it to offset any worries on picking up "iffy" lubricity fuel both here in the UK and throughout Europe. Feel this is good insurance as I normally take on a complete tank full of diesel on fuelling.
By the way the 07MY Handbook states no fuel additives should be used.

I agree about VW PD engines...Millers does improve these engines...as for TDV6 I didnt see or fell any noticeable difference on a low mileage engine
