To be fair the only reason the Disco 1 get stuck, was because he stopped to avoid a 4/5 submerged rock that was in his line and would have put a nice hole in his floorboard had he continued. The other Disco 1 and 2's and LR3's (Disco 3's) made it without a problem.
CY - I shoot with Canon digital SLR's - these were with the Rebel XT - I choose not to bring the 5D.David
