Had my D4 in with these guys yesterday for its 8 year service.
James who i dealt with seemed very knowledgable and i was very pleased with the overall experience.
Its not a plush place if you're coming out of the dealer network but i got the impression that the car got properly checked after asking a few questions about the suspension and bushes etc. The guys who worked there all seemed nice, and had lots of the usual in, L322 RR, RRS and Disco 3 & 4.
I will continue to use these guys now as im sick of the price increases of the dealer i was using. I also think they will take a more proactive approach to maintenance as the D4 gets older.
