Were u having bumper painted? Or was the guy dragin it on the floor without protection to line up more work

Leaving the lamp units balanced on the top doesn't look too smart, either. Perhaps just "artfully arranged" for the picture? Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana

Don't panic, that's the old bumper coming off ( big split in the middle, long story, snow etc etc ) The new bumper is in my van wrapped in bubble's.......

The headlights in that position might dazzle the oncoming traffic... If it ain't broke... Take it apart anyway, how else you gonna find out how it works
