My D3 had its first MOT today and failed due to a duff rear brake light bulb. I'm sure it was working when I left home officer? The LR Independant RCV at East Peckham, Kent changed it and charged me an extra 89p to allow it to pass. So overall I'm chuffed as there are no advisories either. Run silent, run deep!! Oh Lord! send down a dove, with wings as sharp as razors.
To cut the throats of men, that sell bad beer to sailors.
I had EXACTLY the same at a Stealership - I only replaced the bulb a couple of weeks before and checked it the day before in a pre-MOT sortie...... really chuffed it passed apart from than, the only difference being the Stealer charged me £6 to replace it!!!!!!!!! Wonder where the name "Stealerhip" comes from.
I don't know what failed on mine at all! I got a phone call to say they had finished and were washing it for me, they gave me a cup of hot chocolate when I walked in, the certificate shortly after, and then the keys. No mention of failure, costs or fees. Main dealer.A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill.
