Move aircompressor into car?
Have seen somebody moving the compressor inside. I guess there is space
enough to fit it iside rear left wing. Is it a good idea?

older / bigger RR had them inside.
Not worth the trouble of moving. All that pipework.
To gain what?

Would be noisy. At least you’d know if the relay had stuck though!

Fitted a new amk now.
The disco works again😀.
But its mounting is a bit low when im offroading
in the woods. Im not sure i want to waste it against
a rock or something due to the price.
It didnt came a new plastic box either, with the compressor
So i have to buy one separately

I have an AMK with the covers fitted and there has been no issues yet off road. Putting it inside the car is a messy job for little reward. I would strongly recommend you fit the covers though, as apart from keeping the muck out it will afford you some protection should you make contact with the hard stuff!!

Oh I see.
I think you can get metal sliders to cover the compressor.

There is an American made metal cover alright, can't say if there's something available in Europe.
