I never expected LR`s figures, but driving like miss daisy expected slightly more than 21ish. Perhaps 24-25mpg. Cars:-MY11 Evoque SD4 Pure, MY12 Defender 90 XS & MY08 Evo X RS

I want to share some figures with you too.
On an D4 HSE I tested in December last year I did around 120 km, hammering, speeding up to the limit on a german highway, heavy traffic with a jam as well, and I did 11 l/100 km which is around 24,6 mpg. I don´t remember how much had it on the counter, but I am pretty sure it was below 10.000 km.
Today I had the pleasure to drive an D4 HSE (almost identical specs) and despite the fact that its actually warmer than in december, I tried to drive in a fuel saving defensive way, I never came under 12 l/100 km. The vehicle had over 17.000 km.
I don´t know if the DPF was full or what the heck, but I´m confused 
I would suppose the car with higher numbers on the counter would tend to higher mpgs. It is vice versa. Very strange, don´t you think? A coincidence maybe?
