Leaky Washer Bottle

Check that it hasn't got a leak. Mine was replaced a couple of weeks ago as it leaked from new. Apparently there was a bad batch of tanks which cracked at the seam. Look for water under the front left bumper after you fill it. A search on this site will show that a number of people have had the problem!

Ah, and there was me thinking that the little puddle I spotted the next day was expansion/contraction of something! Me thinks I'd better find the bottel and take a look!

was impressed this morning to see all the fuel stations pop up on the SatNav screen when the low fuel boing sounded........

...however unfortunately I happened to know that the nearest one displayed was actually demolished more than 2 years ago Whistle

...it is amazing how quickly the range drops from 50 miles isn't it?

Anyway time for another 85 litres (in the fuel tank not washer bottle Rolling Eyes )
end of an era ....... maybe a Defender when it appears.......
