How much is my disco worth - might have to sell :-) |
|
I am after a valuation on my 54 disco, nov 2004 SE.
it has covered 101,000 and spent £3500 last year on service. It has had suspension parts and new air con unit put in it. It also had new suspension compressor and alternator installed in the last 18 months. It also had a new battery in the last 2 years which has 4 year guarantee.
I am looking at a new 5th wheel caravan and I need a truck to pull it so want to know how much roughly my disco is worth.
It has always been serviced by land rover garage or local specialist so been looked after.
I have also just bought 4 new Verdstein wintrac with wheels but will prob sell them separate. Also a member of avforums.com

when you say "truck" to pull it, is that what you mean (a truck truck), as there arent many 'vans a D3 couldnt pull.

Based on your description I would think its worth around £10750 privately for a sale and a couple of grand less at we buy anything with wheels on site. I'm not a dealer, just someone who scoured the net and auto trader for the last few months!
I just bought a 2006 06 S model manual with 53k fish one owner D3 for £10k cash. The world is pretty skint at this moment in time so some real bargains out there. ....................................................................................................
If my wife ever sells my stuff for what she thinks I paid for them, you lot are gonna get some bargains!

We had an auto Nissan Pathfinder dci last your 56 plate, worst car we ever had, underpowered even after tuning box added, knocks and squeaks with regular trips to Nissan. Should have learned our lesson after the Terrano! ....................................................................................................

If selling on here I would take the picture of it floating in a lake out of your gallery, I know they go through lakes but that would put me off

People who come on here know a disco has probably been off road. I went to tong and also went to the snowdonia outing and that's it for off roading. I'm not hiding anything, it's the best car I have had and dont want to get rid. Also a member of avforums.com

It had a new clutch at 50,000 and currently on 75,000. I get breakdown repair with the AA which covers most small jobs. Also a member of avforums.com
