Multiple faults - P0003 code and limp mode

Hi all

Need a little advice here if possible. For the last couple of years I have had a very intermittent issue, every few months, where I would get the 3 amigos and the car would lower. Quite often this would be solved by stopping and restarting the car, or very occasionally by doing a hard reset. Over the last few months, it is happening more often, at random with no consistency. It would not happen for weeks, and then it would be like that all day for a day or two and then not happen again. This week it has been happening every day. Sometimes the errors will come up on ignition (three amigos, gearbox fault, HDC not available, park brake fault), sometimes after driving a while, and it is becoming harder to clear the codes and get going again. I noticed a new code start to appear a few weeks ago, P0003 - Fuel volume regulator control circuit low, and have replaced the fuel filter, brake switch, treated with Wynns. To further cloud things, I cleaned the MAP and MAF sensors yesterday and took the car out and stress drove it, worked a charm no issues in the afternoon. However, in the evening it went crazy again. I have also noticed on a morning that there seems to be a lot of unburned diesel which disappears after a minute or so. The codes below are from my iCarsoft i930 so no subcodes I’m afraid. The instrument pack was replaced with a second hand one about 3 years ago and recoded to the vehicle

In December car was serviced and passed MoT with flying colours, so very frustrating!

I'm going to get a leak off test kit to test the injectors. Will post results here but can anyone tell me what result would be for an injector that is overfueling. please
