Murky headlights

G'day folks,

I have a MY08 D3 with Bi-Xeon adapative headlights. The clar part of the headlights is starting to get a bit murkey. I reading somwhere that people were baking the assemblies in the over which cures it and others that polish some sort of goop on to get them clear again.

Anyone advice what is true of not and how to do it?
