I must confess I have sinned

I must confess I was toying with selling my D3 and my 911 and buying a new FFRR Shocked
then I was going to sell the 911, D3 and Boxster and buy a Porsche 991 Turbo
I have struggled with for months with what to do and we were due to see a Turbo yesterday on the way back for Ice Fest but due to the rather snowy roads it was cancelled not really sports car test driving weather Rolling with laughter
I met some truly great guys and gals through the forum and have learnt how to laugh again till my sides hurt (thanks Iggy)
On the way back from our Ice Fest Hotel (Nick) going to see the Porsche my wife said did you say good bye to all your mate then because if you do buy it that's no more pints with the boys by the camp fire!! well if ever there was a reason to buy it that was it only joking chaps
The D3 has been fantastic in all weathers whilst on Dartmoor, Snowdonia at Christmas and the Peak district this weekend few other cars could rival it for its capability Bow down
So the bottom line is the D3 stays full stop ,now looking forward to another year of Disco 3 mayhem
Thumbs Up

Can’t comment on the sinking pints sadly because I’m overseas but my 2 cents on the car choice.

I (and swmbo will heartily agree) change my cars far too often because I never seem to be entirely happy with the stable of them. Real first world problems.

But my biggest regret was not keeping my FF and 996 carerra combo. I sold them both and bought a db9 which just never gets used now. The 911 turbos are immense machines but if you kick it hard then you’ll forever be buying tyres and finding new oil leaks. I had one before the 996 and wrapped it into a tree so probably not best to advise though!
