Hi My new 13 plate has had intermittent poor reception and I have just realised that it is connected somehow to my heated rear screen, if the HRS is on then I lose all signal, I assume the power for both comes from the same module, I had a 5 series BMW with the same problem and the dealer had to replace the screen. The vehicle is only 2 weeks old so will be going back to the supplier.
