Hi, front sensor got pushed in. Please let me know some easy way how to push it back into place without dismantling the whole front of the car, hope there is an easy way.

Thanks

Hi RobLR

If you can’t get your hand up the back of the bumper or get access with a home made tools for some sort you may consider drilling out a reasonable size hole with a hole cutter behind the No plate to allow you to move it back with a finger or tool then glue the cut out disc back in place and you won’t see it, I would think you would need some adhesive to hold the sensor back in place, other than that you already know the answer.
Cheers & good luck

Probably will skip the drill part for now Very Happy, I thought that sensor just clips into place, no adhesive needed?

The sensor clip pushes in from the front and the sensor pushes in from thr rear locking the clip in place.
Not a great way of doing it as the sensor can be pushed in but not back out easily.
What you wanted is the sensor to go in from the front really but not possible.
All you can do is for a front corner sensor, remove headlight and squeeze a hand in the top of the bumper and for a middle front sensor remove the center lower bumper bolts and holding the bottom of the bumper out with a block of wood or club hammer head, squeeze your hand up.

Good luck.

I managed to use a small set of tweezers from the front in order to get hold of the sensor and pull it forward back into place.

If I am honest it worked ok, but I suspect its now more susceptible to being pushed in again in future.
