Navigating to a downloaded POI

Does anyone know if it is possible to set your 'destination entry' to a POI that I have downloaded ? I have the list of Caravan Club Sites in my 'downloaded POI's' but can't figure out how to set my sat-nav to navigate to one of the sites ?
