| Near side mirror in need of Viagra |

A couple of weeks ago my N/S mirror started dropping to its lowest level, no rhyme or reason, just inexplicably does it. I adjust it back and within a couple of minutes its dropped again, now today its stopped being adjustable (the button doesnt work).
Any one ever had a similar issue?
It isn't in lazy entry mode, and it it isn't related to the seat memory or different keys.
