Near Side rear Brakes Binding after Car being stood.

Hello, I have had my D4 for just over 3 weeks, it is a 13 plate HSE. Just yesterday I have had this grinding noise start at the rear nearside as I move off after the car has been stood for a short while. It happens in either forward or reverse and clears after traveling about 20 or 30meters. After that all is fine and no other noise is heard. Brakes all function correctly with no problems or noise. Then park up and leave for 15 minutes or more and as I move off I get the grinding noise again. It starts quite severe and then lessens until it stops. I originally thought is was a Problem with the EPB but that functions fine. And I have been parking it without applying it. Is it likely I have a sticky calliper that only binds up after being parked up. Any advise appreciated.

I think I currently have a sticking calliper, no noise just a hot disc and smell!

i had something similar, the rear caliper sliders were ceased but also there was rust on the inside of the rear disks opposite a small lip which stops dust from entering handbrake shoe area the rust was such it ha bridged and was touching the lip of metal on back plate making a strange noise.

New rear disk and pads + service of sliders all good.

Its a really Strange one this, the grinding noise is only apparent after the Car has been sat for a short while and when first moving off, once I have done about 30m the noise clears and all is fine.
It cant be the EPB as this is not applied, I need to get he wheel off and have a good look to see what it could be.
