I have been looking for headrest screens just like those since I got my D3 last year...

Please can you post any other info you have on this mod...

There are numerous types of small screens that can be put in the tiny head restraints... check with any custom installer. Most generally don't recommend it, due to size and angle.

The top install is slightly different, since they built it out slightly... and might have better angle control.

We can fit headrest screens but I personally think they look awful! Much prefer the twin roofscreen systems.
