Needed Disco4 Front Camera Wiring Diagram

I have upgraded the front end of my discovery 4 to the facelift look, as my car had front bumper cameras as standard I bought a facelift bumper to suit this set up but the plugs & sockets on the camera looms are different. I have purchased some 6pin Ip65 Audio plug & sockets from RS components and plan to install these when I get a chance but wondered if anyone had any diagrams for both the pre facelift Chasis camera front loom and the facelift bumper camera loom? I presume that each core will be colourcoded but would like to make sure first that if this is the case, that each core colour on each cable is serving the same purpose.

Don't want to damage anything in the process

Hi - did you ever have success with this? I ordered the facelift bumper and ran into the same issue. I’m currently stuck with the cameras.. Any help would be appreciated
