Not standard on my 'S' but wish they were... anyone else got these in their cars ?

Will buy them if not too pricey or complain if they are fitted as standard.

Maybe part of a convenience pack ???

I've not got them either, would be handy though so I can make use of those cubby holes

Perhaps it a 5 seater only thing

My HSE has these. They were in one of the side bins at the back of the car.

I think Simon is right, they're part of the Convenience Pack which is standard on SE & HSE and optional on the S. As a £235 factory fit option it's a bit steep for luggage nets, iluminated vanity mirrors and a third cupholder (another one!) in row 1.
Time to bug the dealer and see if we can get the nets on their own....

Oh, they're storage nets are they? I have been hanging them over the rear windows (too much of a cheapskate to pay for the privacy glass) but they don't stop people looking in.........

Winger... you are too silly and really should read the instructions Wink

Do you remember if you had them as standard or bought them through your (I know) excellent dealer ?

Can you remember ?

By the way... what do you use your cup holders for ? Be interesting to find out. Especially the removable parts Wink

Take care,

The cup holders are great, and the perfect solution for the transportation of the childrens' goldfish when we go on holiday. The removable centre makes cleaning so much easier too.

The rear cubby holes are used for the ferrets - though I have had to drill some holes in the lids, and Ferdinand (the boy chap) doesn't seem to like the subwoofer being so close to him.

As for the nets, they aren't LR ones, as far as I know. I've got one - but it is a luggage retention net, which comes standard on the SE and HSE as part of the Convenience Pack. Not sure about the nets that came with Roddy's base 5 - perhaps they were fish nets (which would be especially useful to capture any of the goldfish that slip out of the cupholders during aggresive cornering.....I think the new beast's (the car, not the fish or ferrets) handling, when compared to a D2 with ACE, is disappointing, and takes me back to my earlier Discos & RR - nothing that hyscine hydrobromide won't sort I guess)

I've got the luggage net as standard but don't get those side nets in the back - they would be useful though.

LR should put nets on the doors - the compartments along the doors are next to useless unless it can tuck down in the hole. For bigger things like road maps (book type not paper maps) they will just fall out Mad

IMO don't bother with the little side nets. You can't fit much in there--I barely get a recovery strap in the left one (the right one is even smaller!)
