New Battery?

Got an odd one for you - About two weeks ago the alternator went - Had it replaced and everything fine until three days ago. Parked up in the afternoon - went back the next morning and battery is dead. Nothing had been left on but I do remember touching the steering wheel and getting a small static shock. Got a friend to give me a jump and all has been well since. I have jus noticed however that the sunroof is not working so:

A Does this all stem from the alternator and should I replace the battery as the original is f Censored d

B Was it just one of those things

C Can you solve the mystery of the unopening sunroof.

TIA

Al

try pressing the sunroof close button. you need to hold it for 20 seconds or so and this may make the roof go through its cycling procedure and reset itself. it worked on mine after battery problems.
