Hi just a quick question,
My air suspension should I keep putting it up and down or just leave it in one position.

You can let it be at standard height, normally I mean.

I just lower it every time I wash it ( so I can reach the roof ) and raise it when finished

It will default to standard position. No requirement to change it unnecessarily.

I almost never lower it but do raise it if driving on something else than asphalt paved road.

Unless you go back and forth up/down very fast many times. The reservoir won’t have time to fill up, the compressor will become warm and shut off for a while, bongs will be heard, the world will end, etc.

Just leave it in normal unless you or someone else has problems getting into or out of the car in which case, not a problem.
Also, as a previous post drive the car for a short distance with the transfer gearbox in Low range, won't be good for the fuel consumption but will keep the internal components lubricated. I do this once a Month and have done it with all the Landies I have owned over the years. Relocated to Mid France from N. Wales March 2021

Use the handbrake
Use access height / off road height
Occasionally engage low range
I go to access height every time I park up
I use the handbrake whenever I stop
About once a month, while stuck in a traffic queue I engage low range
The handbrake in particular needs regular usage or you'll likely encounter problems at some stage. 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate
