Errr I wouldn't sit there being so laid back about the whole thing. A UK specced HSE has a sunroof and Alpine roof as Standard. Get the dealer on the phone and hammer him until he gives you the correct car. 06 Bonatti Grey HSE, Ebony Interior with Privacy Glass & Rubbing Strips.

Drive it back down the dealer and tell them it's very nice but can you have the D3 you ordered now please!
Sounds more like an SE than an HSE, has it got the cool box, rear air-con etc.?

thats actually someone elses car, can you drop it back down to us?
why dont you come and get it....and you can drop the loan vehicle off for me to use until mine arrives, makes perfect sense to me.

*expletive rant at sales guy*
all sorted now. i have a range rover to use until mine arrives. unfortunately it is black, with blacked out windows and some stupid 22" alloy wheels. off to Argos to buy some large gold jewellery a baseball cap and some drum and base cd's.......
i couldn't get a satisfactory explanation about what has actually happend. never mind all is calm.

car dealers, why oh why is the service so shocking? considering its one of the most expensive purchases you make.
Its the reason i'll never buy a mercedes again, although i have learnt to cope with it ever since i went to pick up my new lotus elise many years ago....
very striking that norfolk mustard yellow isnt it?
yes sir, certianly get you noticed that.
and here was me thinking that the red one i orderd was a bright colour
red?....oh, let me just check something.....

Interesting story
Just out of interest, did it have 'HSE' on the back of it?
