but they tell me they are just about to bring out a GSM remote (2 outputs and 2 digi inputs) plus google maps tracking for £350
perhaps we could use this thread to keep a list of all possibles on the market. it would make it a lot easier to find in nn months time.
I'm sure that was your intention wasnt it DG Duncan

Sounds good as a item, and may well be worth a little gander, or feedback from users. I would be interested if we could get a group forum buy

The hornet seems to have the advantage of a pressure sensor so if someone smashes a window or opens the door it activate's texts and a signal unless it can detect your phone or the BT keyring unit nearby 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

I had a van fitted with a metasat system. It would text me if the alarm went off and also it gave me the option to put a sat block on ,meaning when I parked up I could send a text to the van which would prevent it being started even if the key was used.
Also you could text the system and it would tell you where the vehicle was at any time.
No subscription necessary.
Was at Pentagon in Manchester today and saw advertisement for the RAC Trackstar system ,although they said that the Tracker Horizon was the most popular fitting.

Dave
