Newbie with a boot handle query!

I bought a D3 HSE very recently (my first LR) and the first thing I did was facelift it to early D4 spec outside.

I’m assuming the painted boot handle I’ve fitted was from a D4 and it has a gap next to the right hand number plate light - I’m assuming for a camera?

Can anyone tell me what part number(s) I need to fill the gap with a camera? Firstly, just so there isn’t a gap for water to get in to the handle anymore and secondly so that I can then hopefully retrofit/get the camera working at some point???

Any help greatly appreciated.

Here’s a couple of (terrible) photos to illustrate what I’m waffling on about;
