No air flow to footwells - hot or cold.

As per subject I have no airflow to the footwells hot or cold. Demist and face level work fine. When I put fans on full and push foot button there is a change in tone from the heater box as if something is working but just no airflow.

Item Part Number Description
1 - Windshield distribution door
2 - Face and feet distribution door
3 - Heater casing
4 - Front footwell outlet
5 - Rear footwell outlet
6 - Heater core
7 - Temperature blend door
8 - Air inlet duct casing
9 - Evaporator
