As far as I am aware the voltage for the acc pedal sensors must match! You might need a new pedal sensor or throttle body sensor!

Appears to be pedal but you need to check cons and live values!

I'm not sure what position you had the accelerator when you took the snap shot, but I think that gap looks a little wide if its with throttle at idle. There are essentially two measurements you need to look at, 1. The actual % open/closed of the sensors relative to actual accelerator position, and 2. The voltage of the sensors relative to the same. In terms of sensor position you should see approx 3 % to 4% variation at idle position, and this progressively equalises as you press the accelerator further. This should start to equalise from about 30%, with both sensors eventually displaying matching % values all the way up to full throttle. (Ign on eng off)

In terms of voltage, at idle position pedal position sensor 1 should be at 0.75v whilst sensor 2 should read 0.25v. The position of both sensors should show the closed position ie 0%

With the accelerator fully depressed you should see pedal position sensor 1 @ 3.75v and sensor 2 @ 1.75v
The actual position of both sensors will be shown as 99.50 or thereabouts but must match!

If you can display these data fields on one page, it will be easier for you to assess the combined values in operation. Sorry if that's a bit long winded Rolling Eyes

thanks for that input. I have ordered another pedal and throttle body switch of the bay (both second hand) so will see if this improves it .

ps how does the plug come off the acc ped any one please don't want to force it and bust it

Yeah you might as well for all the faffing around, you'd probably have to replace it anyway. Fit the pedal first and see what happens, I can't exactly remember the plug but if you unbolt the assy you should be able to see clearly how it unplugs.
