Noise front suspension

Hello!

My front suspension (D3 2006, 64Kkm on clock) is make a noise like a "old bed", something like "nhec, nhec, nhec".

The bushes and ball joints apparently are no worn or play.

I suspect of "hydra bush", but did not want to take apart and this is not the problem.

Someone has gone through something similar? Accept any suggestion...
