Can someone please tell me which wire is the ignition sensing wire.
I connected to power cable to the purple wire and the ground to the black wire, is this correct? New to this game, looking forward to the future!!

on a nokia red is 12v perm, black ground, (can be picked up at back of HU,) blue is igg (use cig lighter) and yellow is mute, (pin 10 in 12pin plug at back of HU) if u chop off the speaker and feed the wires into pins 3 and 5 in the same 12pin plug, ull get audio through speakers too (not sure about base spec audio but certainly works on harmon kardon)

Thanks for that, I know which cables are for the nokia kit, what colour are the wires coming from the Jeep,
You may have already told me but on the back of the cig lighter there is a 2 tone purple wire and a black wire, I'm guessing these are 12v perm - purple and gnd is black? New to this game, looking forward to the future!!
