Nice one. Agree keeping the black on the bumpers looks good.

In the past 6 months there has been an explosion of new D4's on the road where I am and they do look nice with the painted arches.

Just so I understand......Did you buy new wheel trims (smooth style) and have them painted? From TLO?

I note the 09 style do not have the unpainted lower section as with the D4.

Thanks

Just the standard textured D3 arches. All plastic primed, primer filler, sanded, more primer, top coat Zambezi, and gloss coat. Then buffed and fitted 8)

I love your initial photos, and from them I can see you need to stop parking half on the pavement. A D3 is a heavy beast and you have made a fine mess of the slabs outside of your house. If you get all of your neighbours to get a D3 too, then the council will be none the wiser? Whistle

I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Thank you....I wouldn't say it's that good cos I think the other bumper kit n arches look better, but as I have the A Bar and Mrs Magoo for a swmbo, thought I had better leave the corners and A Bar. Don't get me started on the rear bumper, think I am on my 3rd. Two occasionsthe same Bollard was hit in the same Sainsburys just after I replaced it.

Not at All, wanted to bring the D3 upto date with the practical Looks, many have done the same with completely painting the bumpers, which aint for me. Hence my look, and very happy with it.

So Mr Jones, whens yours in for painting Mr. Green
