Nudge Bar fitted
After many moons of having the nudge bar in and out of the back of the car for the past few months, it finally got fitted last weekend.
Many thanks to Wex for lending a hand and facilities to get the job done. Not a straight forward fit as the bolt on points underneath are the same for the mantec plate so with much scratching of heads and brute force, Wex bashed them into place and it all fits a treat now
Thanks also to Sideview who sorted me out with the driving lamp brackets, which couldn't be sourced in euroland
I also had a spare grille painted up in java black and it finishes it off nicely - bit shiny but maybe if I clean the rest of the car it mightn't stand out so much
oh and thanks to bongy for pointing me in the direction of the bar in the first place.A happy childhood ... is the worst possible preparation for life.

Not strictly legal since 2007 onwards, however my understanding is that if fitted to a pre 07 car then .........
loads of similar ones fitted to vehicles/ vans, 4x4's fitted over here so thought it was worth a punt.A happy childhood ... is the worst possible preparation for life.
