Off road suspension over 50km/h

Does anybody know how this can be modified? When driving in the desert you can go faster than 60 but the suspension lowers automatically.

Dimet, thanks! Stumbled onto the site when I went to a winger's site. Unlike this winger I have had only pleasure from my Disco and the three defenders before the disco. CaverD3, you sound like the man that knows! I have read through a couple of posts but alas, no real solution. As I am not very technical, what is the suspension rods that you changed? This will obviously influence my car's warranty and motor plan.. And paying 1500Euro for Matzker does not work for me, the Namibian dollar is 14 to the euro..

CaverD3, got your message. I cannot reply as I dont have enough posts yet. Can you mail me a write up of the system? The Toyota guys in this country reckons a D3 cannot do long distance dune driving.. care to comment?

Sounds like Toyota owners here.

You will find plenty of posts in SA section of this forum that have toured large distances. I would rather do a long distance in a D3 and arrive refreshed that in a Tojo and arrive wrecked.
