One vent blowing warm the others blowing cold?

Hey folks,

Just got my first Disco 4!. A small issue I have noticed is that when i set the climate control to warm on both sides only the driver side left vent seems to be putting out nice warm air, the others seem to be putting out slightly cool air.

Does anyone know what might be going on here/where to start?

Could be your heater matrix is fubared.
