Hungary 2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 S Auto Java BlackDiscovery 3

I remember reading here the same or similar issue, I think the solution was to undo the pop-up window blocking on your Explorer. Regards, AN

I never had any problems and did not disable pop-up blocking.

Once you've got the PDF viewed up in the window, you can visit your internet cache and copy and paste it out of there.

sorry I thought you were trying to print out a copy, as you just select print once the document is open.

I can't open them on my laptop (pop-up blocker off). I just get a java message - interestingly, the same one that stops me from opening the large version of the pictures in the Disco3 gallery. My desktops fine, though. Confused

Adobe up to date. Just tried Java, but it hangs checking my config. On the LR site, when I click the link it acts as though its opening a page (you get the green stepped bar that shows a page is opening) but then it stays on the link page and says done.

On the disco3 gallery, sometimes it will open a picture (in large) sometimes not. If I then go to a different page and back to a pic that wouldn't open, the majority of times it will open. Confused

Think I'll try reinstalling Java and see what happens....

Alright, now I'm pi**ed off. Did a Java update (and some Microsoft ones) on my desktop and now can't access the LR links from that, either. Evil or Very Mad

If I right click on the link I get -

javascript:view(506)

Protocol: Unknown Protocol

Type: Not available

Address: javascript:view(506)
(URL)

Anyb ideas?

Assuming your running XP SP2 ....To check if its the Java update thats causing the problems go

START > SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL > ADD \ REMOVE PROGRAMS (Make sure the 'Show updates' box is ticked in the top right) Scroll down to the "J2SE Runtime Environment" updates and uninstall the latest one added.

Restart your machine and see what happens Wink

Still no good....

Have done a lot of Windows updates since I last accessed the site, though.
