P0036 P0056 after hard reset = solved! |
|
So, in am effort to fix my air suspension issues (see my other post) I performed a hard reset. Afterwards, a check engine light came on and codes P0036 and P0056... heaters for the bank 1 and 2 sensor 2 (rear 02 sensors).
After some brief diagnosis I realized fuse 11 protects both heaters.
When I went to check the fuse, to my surprise, it was missing competely! I don't know why it was missing or why the car wasn't throwing a check engine light before.
Replacing the fuse and clearing the code fixed the issue.
Will keeping monitoring of course... this was too easy! ikonw8
