Wonder if it’s worth emailing GAP to ask if they can expand on the fault code.
Even if they don’t have personal knowledge, I’m guessing they maintain a TOPix subscription in order to get the tech info and ecu updates they put out.
So, they may be able to help track the fault if no one here can help.
Also worth it from the point of view that if the rear diff update you’ve requested isn’t realistically going to help at all, they und your purchase rather than just sending out an update.
For me, they have been bang on helpful!

New software isn’t going to hurt it and gaps one is the uptodate one that Land Rover issued in feb 2009 sonafter mine was built and there was a issue with the old software where and actuator can get stuck so it’s worth a shot and iid won’t allow me to delete it maybe cause it’s still connected I did try deleting it when I removed the ecu but still wouldn’t delete I can alter the Config files for everything else just not the rear diff for some reasonDisco 3 gone but not forGotten

Been to car this morning and is s the same
Now if I run a self test on iid tool I get another code
P080a clutch position not learnt and come up with loads of warnings as well after I run the test it goes like in the pics below

Looking at them pics
I’m sure that I refilled the oil in the wrong place in the diff when I took the full plug out Is was about 2.5cm long and on the other side of the diff to what’s in the pictureDisco 3 gone but not forGotten

What is that plug for mate as I drained a bit of oil out today and the oil has gone in there as clean oil comes out
the plug I filled it through has a round shaft on it and 2-3 long and could I have damaged something in there thenDisco 3 gone but not forGotten
