That would appear to be the clutch actuator behind the bolt...

How can I calibrate it mate with the iid tool as I done the self test and get loads of light on dash asfter with another error saying clutch not learntDisco 3 gone but not forGotten

You can’t. There isn’t an option...
Time to find a garage with more advanced diagnostics
The instuctions for the iid tool says the self test for the rear diff is the re calibration option after a component like motor actuator is replacedDisco 3 gone but not forGotten

I dare say if its not calibrating, you have caused a fault within the mechanism, and the diff will need stripped to identify the repair...My D3 Build Thread

Found this on the web saying that the gear actuator pin is not aligned properly do u know
How I would align it seen when I removed it the clutch may have dropped below the pin that’s what I’m thinking now would removing the motor and turning the cog by hand be enough as if I gotta take the diff off I may as well fit a recon one

Well after a lot of swareing got the motor off and it is what I thought the clutch actuator is spring loaded and had dropped below the bolt
Turned cog till it hit bolt undone bolt and turn cog more and refitted bolt so actuator is above refitted temporary and NO FAULT CODES
Even done self test and no codes again am well happy just gotta take motor off and put some sealant on and refit properly
