Park Brake

Hi all, I've searched on here, but not sure if I have a different issue.

Put the D3 manual into reverse tonight (must admit can't remember if I released the handbrake) there was a bit of a clonk, then I got this message along with continuous beeping.


I can't hear the parkbrake acuating now on or off.

Any pointers?

Australia 2007 Discovery 3 4.0 V6 Petrol SE Auto Java BlackDiscovery 3

Try driving forward as it should release parking brake if on. If it drags its wheels you then need to release the epb by pulling on the release cable near park brake switch

I've been to the local garage, tried to clear the fault but it keeps returning, I think they said a pressure release sensor??

If so is this a simple or PITA job?

The brake is released, it does not actuate at all and I can't hear any movement, I'm a bit stumped.

Any garage recommendations Birmingham / North Warwickshire?
