Park Brake Fault and rear end vehicle judder/vibration

Hi, I have a 2006 Discovery 3 HSE Automatic with around £127k on the clock and recently passed MOT.

Soon after MOT, I have noticed a slight squealing from the rear whenever car is moving. It seems to be same pitch no matter what speed. Although if turn left or right or reverse it stops but comes straight back when forward or straight. Eventually, once on a decent run it will disappear, although comes back if I slow down (or maybe just can't hear it a speed).

Then, on a few occasions and not all the time but after stopping and applying handbrake I have had a loud screeching noise from the rear. Then Flashing Red and Amber brake lights on dash plus the Park Brake Fault message. I turn off car, wait short while and restart and all seems ok. This started about 10 days ago, however, the other evening I was making a short run but when reaching around 40~50 mph the car start vibrating from the rear end, upon slowing down it goes away. I then stopped, turned off car and back on again and all seemed ok again. Not used since.

I'm not technical with cars but guessing this is all connected with the handbrake system. I see several posts about the system but no mention of the vibrations.

Just wondering if this is something I have to find a specialist for or can I just get brakes etc. serviced at straight forward local tyre and brakes service shop?

Also, am I driving on borrowed time, or is there something could do short term to keep going, such as removing a fuse that I have seen suggested elsewhere to disable handbrake? Although am worried about the vibration bit!

Many thanks in advance.

Parking brake shoes will need a good strip and clean, TBH it's easier to replace the shoes and discs at the same time. Bodsys brake bible explains the procedure very well.

Edit: And yes, sooner rather than later.
 De-Tango

EGRs blanked
Running boards
3 flash indicators and clock on dash
Blingy grille...
