Parking Sensor

Hi Guys

Parking sensor playing up I think. The rear ones work ok but the front one is not indicating that it works, i.e no beeping noise when near any object. Did work when I first picked up the car.
Can anyone help.
Thanks

Just wash them gently - no need to remove (powerwashes can wreck them) - sometimes works
Mine worked fine until I powerwashed them - then intermittent - had to have 2 replaced last week

Front Parking Censors

Are there suppose to have the same censors as the back on the front bumper as I am dead sure they worked when I first bought the car. When I put the car in reverse the button on the dash board lights up and turns off but not sure what position the switch should be in. Could do with meeting up with a load of guys with disco 3 and consult on each others diy probs on disco 3.

If thats your car in your gallery then you have no sensors .

yes they look exactly the same as the rears . The function is automatic ( providing you have the latest software enhancements ) ..you put it in reverse start moving ..parking sensors work ( light on button comes on ) ...take it out of reverse ..parking sensors stop ..(light on button goes out ) ..if the light is blinking then you have a problem .
