Parrot MKi9100 install advice

Hi All

I am looking to install the Parrot MKi9100 into my 2005 D3 but just want some advice on installing one. I have done some google searches on installing them but there seems to be a lot of conflicting ideas on what cables are or are not required. Also does someone have either a photo or video install guide (i'm a visual learning person) as I want to see how easy it is to self install.

Thanks in advance.

Forget it is my advice, fit a D4 module you will not regret it.
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

The last Parrot I had needed a fairly serious modification to stop it interfering with calls when I wasn't in the car.

Can you play music through the D4 module? My car doesn't have any Bluetooth or phone module installed so will the wiring harness for the Bluetooth module be there? And does that mean I have to get a new steering wheel with the red/green phone button?

I've got one of these to play music, works a treat. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/162617130126

With an HSE you should have everything to install a D4 module except the module and a MOST cable, all available from site sponsors.
