Passanger seat electrics

I have a child seat in the front passanger side (airbag off) and it does my nut in that I have to keep going to the divers side to switch on ignition so I can adjust it back and forth when its been used, removed, etc and to stop the nipper who sits behind Kicking the seat. Is there any electrical by pass that can eliminate this.

No quick fix, but I'm sure it's possible.

On memory seat equipped vehicles, power is applied to both seats for a short period of time after unlocking the door to allow for adjustment before entering. They really should have done this on all power seats. Oh, well.
