Passenger front door not opening sometimes
Changed to D4 door cards and for some reason passenger front door opens from inside and then it doesn't, cable is correctly fitted.
Any ideas anyone?

It sounds like you will need to remove the door card again and operate the cable to see where the issue lies.
It could just be the route of the cable, or it may be snagged, twisted, or obstructed in some way when the door card is put back. It would be no harm to use a lubricant on all moving parts as you are in there.
Either way, it should be an easy fix assuming the actuator is OK.yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
