Peculiar electric window fault, need some expert help now.

I have a very strange problem with my front passenger electric window not working, I've done lots of fault finding and pretty sure I know whats wrong, but I have no idea how to fix the issue.

Background story:
Bought a D3 that had a few issues, I parked it in the garage to change a few things and had battery disconnected for a week or so. All electric windows worked before but now the front passenger window wont operate.
I have a Bearmach Hawkeye for code reading, but it wont communicate with the vehicles BCM without an adapter (which I don't have) so I can't check for any codes.

Fault finding I've done:
Fuse OK
Motor OK (plugged into drivers side and it works)
Mechanism OK (window works when 12v applied directly to motor when ECU removed)
Switch OK (provides power and earths as expected(normally 12v, earthed when swtiched))
Earth OK (check continuity to multiple locations)
Power to motor OK (permanent 12v (switch signals also permanent 12v each))
Door ajar switch OK (the car knows when the passenger door is open and closed)

What doesn't work correctly is the signal line, through reading the description and operation and testing the drivers side (which works) the signal line is incorrectly giving permanent 12v, this should disappear when ignition switch is in I or II position, or for 40 seconds after ignition off (or until the door is opened).

I'm 99.99% sure this signal line is the problem.

Problem is that I believe this enable signal is created from a module in the CJB, so I am guessing this need reprogramming?
If anyone has come across this issue before or can give me some tips on what to try next it'd be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
