Hi, my petrol flap will not close, so im guessing the catch is broke! but i cannot seem to find out how to get the inner part of the the area out. can anyone help? also the lock pin has broke, and i wondered if the cable is easy to change.
please help !!!!!!!!!!! 
also can you tell me if there is anywhere i can get a workshop manual for the car

Try these parts.
I got these from Bearmach recently.
Fuel cap actuator (complete with locking pin+cable) FSG500030 £18.60
Springy rubber seal CAL500070 £1.94
Bezel ARV780020 £1.05
These were all broken/missing on my car.
My fuel cap would not stay shut & the locking pin was broken.
You can get your hand in through where the jack usually sits to replace the actuator.
It's a bit fiddly but I managed it. Mitsubishi Outlander Phev 4H 2018.
