I had this the other day on my D4... so I went to the dealer and asked them to take a look... I had turned of the bluetooth on my phone and forgotten to turn it back on again, as soon as the I did it paired straight away.
I now just leave the bluetooth on.
I realise you may well have tried turning it off and on again but perhaps pull the battery on the phone, try again, if still not working check the blue tooth os actually OK working on thephne and has not packed up?
