Pimping my D3

How easy is it to fit sidesteps and light protectors to my D3?

Do I need to butcher the bodywork?

Any guidance would be really useful

OEM Side Steps are 3 bolts and pretty easy, just taken mine off and on to trial this for events later this month.

Not sure about the light guards though. They do not seem to protect, more a style thing. I'll leave to the others to comment.

Good luck Westwood!

Are they any good - does anyone have any experience of dealing with them.

If you are not fitting genuine LR accessories, all the information you have been given above miht be innacurate Thumbs Up

Stick to OEM and it will look 8) , if you go down the aftermarket route be prepared to be dissappointed when you see it fitted, as often the fit of stuff like this is not always as good as it should be Sad

How to fit them is fairly arbitrary really - as I would get a tame techie to do it for me. Embarassed Rolling Eyes

Give TLO a call and mention the forum to get the special discount he offers forum members and see how his prices compare, usually pretty favourably, and OEM accessories are much better come time to sell than aftermarket Thumbs Up
