Cheers all
Went quite well really
Not 100% smooth but with a light sand over in the morning should be fine , after all , it will all be hidden under the tiles
I won't give up my day job just yet

So roughly what percent made it onto the wall matt? Compared with what you had to throw away..... 50/50? I always find carrying bags of plaster in a black car with a black inside is a laugh....I expect you will have the vac out this weekend!

, Andy , That stuff isn't going near the D3 ! Currently all the old tiles / adhesive / plaster is sat in the old bath tub waiting to be dragged down the local tip
